We start with a 30-minute orientation call to understand your goals, health history, and current situation. This ensures the Comeback Check is tailored to your needs.

How does the Comeback Check work?

The programme begins with a detailed analysis of your current physical condition, including mobility, balance, movement patterns, and breathing. Based on these results, we create a personalised training plan to support your safe and effective return to performance.

What do I need to do?

Simply come in sportswear and be ready for a mix of assessments and light exercises. We’ll guide you through every step and provide clear instructions for your at-home training.

Is the athletic performance package good for everyone?

Yes — it is designed for anyone returning after injury, surgery, physical limitation, or a longer training pause. Since the plan is fully individualised, it adapts to your personal condition and goals.

What benefits can I expect?

You’ll gain a clear picture of your current capabilities, an actionable plan to rebuild strength and mobility, and ongoing support to track and adjust your progress. This structured approach reduces the risk of setbacks and supports a confident return to performance.

How long does the programme take?

The initial testing and training plan creation takes about 3 hours total (analysis + results session). A follow-up after 4 weeks ensures progress is measured and the plan updated. Longer-term support is available if desired.
