1.2 Shipping is available within the European Union. For international orders outside the EU, please contact us directly at home@corthea.com for a custom shipping quote.
1.3 Orders are processed during our business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays in Austria).

2. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
2.1 Shipping costs within the EU are calculated automatically and displayed separately during the ordering process before checkout.
2.2 Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and product availability. Unless otherwise stated in the product description, delivery within Austria typically takes 2–4 working days, and within the EU 4–8 working days after payment confirmation.
2.3 Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays beyond our control.

3. Carriers and Tracking
3.1 All orders are shipped with reputable logistics partners such as Austrian Post (Österreichische Post AG) or UPS.
3.2 As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking details (if available).
3.3 The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon handover to the shipping carrier.

4. Digital Products and Services
4.1 Digital products, software licenses, and online services are delivered exclusively by electronic means (e.g., download link or email) — no physical shipping applies.
4.2 Delivery of digital goods takes place immediately after successful payment.
4.3 Access information or download links will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

5.1 All orders must be paid in advance using one of the payment methods available in our webshop.
5.2 Available payment methods may include credit card, PayPal, or direct bank transfer.
