How many sessions come with the athletic performance package?
The package includes a detailed assessment session (approx. 2 hrs 45 min), a results and strategy consultation (45 min), and two 60-minute training sessions. A follow-up check after 4 weeks is also included to review progress and adjust the plan.
What should I wear during the session?
Comfortable sportswear and indoor training shoes are best. Since the analysis includes both static and dynamic tests, clothing that allows freedom of movement ensures accurate results.
