FAQs
What should I bring or wear for the running analysis?
We recommend wearing your usual running shoes and comfortable athletic clothing that allows free movement. If you use custom insoles or orthotics, please bring them as well so we can include them in the assessment.
Is the running analysis suitable for beginners or only experienced runners?
Our analysis is designed for all levels — from complete beginners to competitive athletes. Beginners benefit by learning correct movement patterns from the start, while experienced runners gain detailed insights to refine their technique and improve efficiency.
Will I receive a detailed report or personalized recommendations afterward?
Yes! You’ll receive a comprehensive report summarizing your results, including posture assessment, gait and running mechanics, and key findings. We also provide individual recommendations to help you optimize your technique and prevent injuries.
Can the analysis help prevent injuries or improve my running performance?
Absolutely. By identifying imbalances, inefficient movements, and overloading patterns, the analysis helps you run more efficiently and reduce strain on your joints and muscles — supporting both injury prevention and performance improvement.
