Cryotherapy is a short, invigorating experience. Most clients describe it as a dry cold that’s intense but tolerable, lasting just three minutes.

How many sessions do I need to feel results?

What should I wear during the session?

You’ll be provided with protective gloves, socks, and face coverings. Men typically wear dry underwear or shorts; women may wear underwear or a sports bra and shorts. All jewellery should be removed.
