Paul Scheithauer

Paul combines entrepreneurial experience with a deeply personal health journey. Beginning in 2015, he was prompted by his own challenges to engage intensively with physical and mental health — discovering firsthand the invaluable connection between true performance and genuine wellbeing.

This realization led him on a path of deep exploration into health, regeneration, and personal growth. A defining experience came in 2017, when he spent a week with Wim Hof in Poland — since then, cold immersion and breathwork have become part of his regular rituals.

With CORTHEA, Paul pursues his vision of bringing together exceptional international approaches to holistic health in one place, making them accessible to everyone.

When he’s not acting as CORTHEA’s “caretaker or foreign minister,” you’ll most likely find him in the mountains — or in a cold lake.
