Questions and Answers
How much advance notice do you need?
Ideally four to six weeks. Smaller gatherings can sometimes be arranged on shorter notice, so speak with us and we will see what is possible.
How do you handle discretion?
Discretion holds from the first inquiry through to the final invoice. We do not share guest names or event details without consent.
What technology does the pavilion offer?
A built-in screen and sound system for presentations or music, plus climate control for year-round comfort.
Where can guests park?
The Tiefgaragen at Kaufhaus Tirol and at the Landhaus are both about 50 meters away.
Is pricing net or all-inclusive?
All quotes are net. Your final invoice reflects guest count, the chosen format and any additional services confirmed in advance.
Can we bring our own caterer?
We work with a small number of external partners, including Richard Braklow, Koi Bar am Lanser See, Hotel Maria Theresia and Arkadenhof.
Does an event need any connection to the health concept?
No. It is entirely optional and available on request, from a short cold plunge to a guided movement session or a Health Bar pause.
