CORTHEA VITAMIN D3 + K2 brings together two nutrients that work closely together in the body, in a new and particularly well-considered form. Vitamin D3 supports the absorption of calcium, while vitamin K2 contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. Together they make an ideal supplement, especially in the months when the sun is too weak for the body to produce enough vitamin D on its own.

 

Vitamin D is fat-soluble and needs an oil carrier so the body can absorb it well. This is exactly where classic drops fall short: light, air and time cause the oil to oxidise, and the dropper doses imprecisely. CORTHEA takes a different approach. A tiny gelatine shell encloses a core of MCT oil in which vitamin D3 and K2 are already fully dissolved. Hermetically sealed, protected from oxidation and completely free from preservatives.

DESCRIPTION INGREDIENTS

  • Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol): The natural form of vitamin D, which the body also produces itself through sunlight. Contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium, the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, normal muscle function and the normal function of the immune system.
  • Vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7, MK-7): A fat-soluble vitamin that contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and to normal blood clotting. The ideal complement to vitamin D3.
  • MCT oil: Medium-chain fatty acids as a light, neutral oil carrier in which the fat-soluble vitamins are fully dissolved.
  • Gelatine shell: Encloses the core airtight and protects the sensitive vitamins from oxidation, without any preservatives.
